Our signature destination month-management service is all about executing the details that you have worked so very hard to plan. This service is specific to those who covered it all, down to the last tablespoon, and need our team of experts to swoop in and pull all the pieces together.

Beginning 1-2 months before the wedding, the service begins with our incredibly thorough, no detail left behind, "timeline" meeting, where we review your entire wedding day from start to finish. Specifically designed for all-inclusive resort weddings, we will work alongside your wedding team at your resort to ensure all the details are communicated.

Then leave the rest to us, as we do a full takeover to ensure you can enjoy the final months as an engaged couple.

We also value flexibility - if you want us there on the day to help oversee everything, we are down. If you rather we hand over the baton to the resort team, we can do that as well!

While we think month management is best suited for all-inclusive resorts, ask about applying this to your a la carte destination, too!


  • A certified, qualified, and personable lead coordinator with at least 2 experienced assistants from our award-winning team

  • Up to 2-months of support leading up to the wedding day, depending on your own needs, and a customized project planning board with full access and collaboration

  • Day-to-night wedding day execution from our lead coordinator and her team

  • Full set-up of your wedding stationery, receiving/greeting table, small details, and completed DIY projects

  • Fully stocked emergency kits with every member of the team

  • Our signature wedding timeline - tried and tested for over 12 years and proven to reduce the uncertainties, lower the stress, and leave time for the unexpected
